Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on your products?
Yes, our fountains and their pumps have a 1-year warranty.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. For certain restrictions and a more detailed answer, click here to go to Shipping/Policies page.
How will products be shipped?
Most units will be shipped FedEx or UPS ground. Larger items, such as garden and floor fountains, may be shipped by commercial carrier.
Where will products NOT be shipped?
We cannot ship to post office addresses, including APO addresses. At the present time we do not ship to any addresses outside of the United States.
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping and handling fees are 10% of the purchase price, up to $500. The shipping and handling for items over $500 is a flat rate of $50, and there is a minimum fee of $5 for items under $50. (Orders for over $500 must pay by check or PayPal.)
How soon will I get my order?
Most units will be shipped within 5–15 business days of initial processing. Larger items shipped by commercial carrier may take longer. Orders paid for by check will be processed after the check has cleared. We cannot guarantee that there will never be any items back-ordered.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
As our company is incorporated in the state of Nevada, orders shipped to Nevada will be charged a 7.75% sales tax. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.
What is your privacy policy?

Data Security — We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption to protect credit card information during data transmission. Our computer servers are maintained in a secure environment under fully restricted access.

Why must I pay by check or PayPal for orders over $500?
Our credit card processing bank has a per-ticket limit of $500. They will not process orders over $500.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please send an email to customserv@peacefulwaterfountains.com, and be sure to include your name and customer order number. We will not be able to cancel the order if it has already been shipped.
