Policy for Orders Over $500
For orders that total $500 or more, you must pay by check or use PayPal. On check orders, the check must clear at the bank before we process the order. Make check payable to: dsj eStores, Inc.
Shipping Policy
Most units will be shipped FedEx or UPS ground. Some items, such as the larger garden and floor fountains, will be shipped by commercial carrier. Items shipped by commercial carrier may involve additional shipping costs.
Shipping addresses must be a US street address. We cannot ship to APO or other post office box numbers. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges.
Our shipping and handling fees are 15% of the purchase price. However, a minimum fee of $7.50 will be charged for orders under $50.
Credit card orders will be processed within one to two business days of receipt. Most units will ship within 4–10 business days. Some items may take longer. Orders paid by check will be processed after the check has cleared. Make check payable to "dsj eStores, Inc", and send to:

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees), plus a restocking fee (See "About the Restocking Fee" below), plus the attending return shipping fee. You will need to request an RMA (see “Important Note” below). There can be no refund without an RMA.
NOTE: For items returned directly to the manufacturer, the manufacturer's return policy will be followed; i.e., if manufacturer's return policy says 15-day limit, the manufacturer's return policy will take precedence over ours.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
DO NOT just send the item back. You need to Contact Us first and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will NOT be accepted.
About Returning Defective Goods
Defective goods may be returned for replacement with identical item without incurring a restocking fee. However, if item is returned for monetary reimbursement, the restocking fee shall apply (See "About the Restocking Fee" below).
About The Restocking Fee
A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged for all orders returned for monetary reimbursement.
About Cancelled Orders
We will be unable to cancel an order after it has shipped. If an order you wish to cancel has already shipped, you must Contact Us to obtain an RMA. See our Return Policy above.
About Unauthorized Chargebacks
We work hard to resolve any problems a customer might have with an order. If customer disputes justified charges without consulting Peaceful Water Fountains / dsj eStores, Inc. to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to charge the customer a $75.00 administration fee.
 The Cancellation and Chargeback clauses are a FIRM POLICY that we need to uphold.
